Who are we?

Lydell Martin first started working for A N Martin Systems in the fall of 2003, doing everything from pouring concrete to building grain bins, building elevators, and installing conveyors. In 2010, he started with service work. This consisted of everything from keeping grain dryers running over harvest to replacing augers and any other maintenance that needed to be done on grain and feed systems throughout the year. About two years later, he started doing commissioning of new facilities alongside repairs. With the extensive experience of running grain and feed facilities, he learned which parts caused the most problems and started making small changes to feed and grain facility designs to improve operations, making facilities run more trouble-free so system commissioning became simpler.

In 2022, he started doing consulting and training outside of A N Martin Systems when a manufacturer reached out for his support on some larger projects where they were experiencing difficulties in getting facilities to operate smoothly. Then, in February of 2025, he went full-time on his own, still pursuing the same goals: educating people on grain and feed centers in terms of design and maintenance while at the same time commissioning new facilities and improving the way systems are designed. He has now developed extensive experience in CAD to facilitate information to builders and site owners through visual and technical design.
